 Tigrent Inc. is a publicly traded company (OTHER OTC: TIGE.PK) that provides tools and training programs that help customers acquire learning they can apply to accumulate wealth. Comprehensive instruction and mentorships are offered in real estate investing, financial instruments investing, entrepreneurship and personal finance. Our courses are delivered live, via telephone, online in a virtual live environment, on-demand and via packaged CDs and DVDs. Founded in 1992 in Cape Coral, FL, Tigrent today is a global company with operations in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. With more than 350 employees and nearly 200 independent contractors worldwide, we've taken our deep experience creating applicable and easy-to-understand training programs and developed practical paths for customers to get from where they are today financially to where they want to be tomorrow. The company has nine primary operating subsidiaries: Tigrent Learning, Tigrent Group, Tigrent Enterprises, Tigrent eLearning, Tigrent Financial, Tigrent Communications, Tigrent UK, Tigrent Canada and Tigrent Australia. Additionally, Rich Dad Education, LLC was created through a joint venture between the company and Rich Global, LLC.

3.When was Tigrent Inc. incorporated?
 Tigrent Inc. was incorporated in 1996 as Gimmel Enterprises, Inc. in the state of Colorado. The company changed its name to WIN Systems International, Inc. in 1998. In the following year, the company changed its name and went public as Whitney Information Network, Inc. The shareholders of Whitney Information Network, Inc. voted to change the parent company name to Tigrent Inc. on September 2, 2009.

 Tigrent Inc. maintains its international corporate headquarters in Cape Coral, Florida and an outreach operation based in Murray, Utah outside Salt Lake City. Its Canadian operation is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and the European operation is headquartered in Chiswick, England outside London. Our Asia-Pacific operation is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

6.What is the Tigrent Inc. mission statement?
 It is our mission to help customers acquire learning they can apply to accumulate wealth. We do this by providing customers with a growing line of training and tools in the areas of real estate investment, financial instruments investing, entrepreneurship and personal finance – both nationally and internationally.

7.What is Tigrent Learning Inc.?
 Tigrent Learning is a subsidiary of Tigrent Inc., the parent company. Through a comprehensive curriculum of both beginning and advanced training programs combined with the application of state-of-the-art software, our course offerings can be tailored to each customer’s needs. Tigrent Learning’s goal is to help people achieve their maximum income-generating potential by learning essential techniques to accumulate wealth through real estate investing, financial instruments investing, entrepreneurship and better personal finance management.

8.What is Rich Dad Education?
 In July 2006, Rich Dad Education, LLC was created through a joint venture between the company currently known as Tigrent Inc. and Rich Global, LLC. This entity provides basic training courses under the Rich Dad Education brand, which focuses on the wealth creation teachings and philosophies of Robert Kiyosaki as detailed in the book entitled, Rich Dad Poor Dad. The Rich Dad Poor Dad book series is published in 46 languages, is available in 97 countries and has sold over 26 million copies worldwide.

9.What programs do you offer customers?
 The typical customer begins by attending a free preview workshop that familiarizes him or her with the subject matter of our training programs in real estate investing, financial instruments investing, entrepreneurship or personal finance. Customers then may purchase a three-day Basic Training program. Upon completion of the Basic Training program, the customer has a sufficient knowledge base to choose the appropriate series of Advanced Training courses from the company’s variety of course offerings. The customer then participates in structured continuity program that takes from one to three years to complete.

10.What advantages do you hold over the competition?
 The overall market for training and tools that help customers build wealth-accumulation skills continues to rapidly expand. This is the same growing market segment where Tigrent Inc. has a dominant presence. The company's reality-based course curriculum is presented in a language that is easy to comprehend, regardless of a customer's current investing level. The training programs are structured around real world, practical examples. Every lesson has proven applications, taught by hand-picked trainers. Since its founding, Tigrent Inc. has developed into a leading training organization, offering customers what no other company offers: trainers, mentors and coaches who possess practical, hands-on experience in their areas of expertise combined with a rigorous instructional design methodology and proprietary content-rich advanced training courses.

 Each year in the late summer. All shareholders will receive notice of the annual meeting indicating the date, time and location of the meeting along with proxy materials to allow shareholders to participate in voting.

 A dividend was paid on September 13, 2006. Management will evaluate the payment of future dividends.
